Asia Public Blockchain Week hosted last week by Asia Blockchain Centre (ABC) recognised as the biggest virtual event in Asia for people to understand Public blockchain protocols that allows for users to build and run their own smart contracts without building their own ecosystem. Hosted by Asia Blockchain Centre (ABC) last week from August 24 to August 28. We have invited five leading public blockchains for people to explore and BUIDL on.

On day 3 with NEO we had John Wang, the Ecosystem Growth Director of NEO to share with us the NEO 3 economic model. With thriving partners and projects, the Neo ecosystem is rapidly growing and developing, thus enabling Neo to become the foundation for next-gen Internet.community driven platform that is leveraging the intrinsic advantages of blockchain technology to realize the optimized digital world of the future. Neo was started by the same duo who founded  Shanghai-based blockchain R&D company “OnChain”, – CEO Da Hongfei and CTO Erik Zhang. Research on Neo started around 2014. In 2016, Onchain was listed in the Top 50 Fintech Company in China by KPMG. It is a blockchain-based platform that supports its own cryptocurrency and enables the development of digital assets and smart contracts. NEO aims to automate the management of digital assets through the use of smart contracts with an eventual aim of building a distributed network-based smart economy system.
